About me
Hi! I'm Georgia, a product designer from the North West with 6 years of experience working across startups and large-scale global businesses. I began my career in e-commerce and have spent the past 3 years working in televet health. During this time, I’ve led multiple projects from initial discovery through to final delivery. I also have a strong background in optimisation and running experiments to improve product performance.
I’m currently leading the app design for Joii, Vet-AI's pet care app, where I shape the end-to-end experience across research, UX, and UI to support pet owners with accessible and affordable vet care.
My current focus is on utilising AI to develop triage tools which improve consultation efficiency, prior to this my focus was on growth and engagement. Recently, I led a full restructure of the app’s information architecture and am about to begin a complete redesign of the app.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring the Lake District (mostly the pubs) or chasing around my three-year-old Rottweiler, Brian - who you may spot in my case studies.
